Changeover day
Flexible and happy to welcome you for a short break all year round (minimum 3 nights). Arrival after 4pm; departure by 10am.

Booking notes

Please contact by phone or email. We will send a booking form which serves as a contract, which can be returned by email or standard post. We ask for a £50 non-returnable deposit which secures the booking. The remaining balance is to be paid 4 weeks before stay, no security deposit for cancellation or breakages. The form has full details of codes if you wish to pay by paypal or bank transfer. UK cheques only.

We allow 7 days for you to confirm and return the deposit during which time we reserve the property for you.

 

We will accept up to 2 well-behaved dogs but please advise us when booking. 

 

We are also surrounded by beautiful countryside and there are often sheep and lambs in the adjoining fields so we ask guests to please keep an eye on your dog(s). The garden is fenced but sometimes dogs might behave out of character when in new surroundings.
